  • 401K Plan is available to all employees after (90) days of service. Combined matches contributions at 50¢ on the dollar, up to 6% of deferred base pay.
  • New employees can earn up to (17) days of Paid Time Off (PTO) in the first 12 months of employment. Subsequent increases to PTO are based on years of service -up to 30 days per calendar year. Eligible employees can purchase up to 10 or sell 5 PTO days each year.
  • Combined designates (10) holidays each calendar year. Employees also receive (3) additional personal holidays per calendar year.
