Section 125 Plan (Flexible Spending Plan) allows for pre-tax dollars to be set aside for employee-paid health insurance premiums, health care reimbursement, dependent care and Metrocheks.
401K Plan is available to all employees after (90) days of service. Combined matches contributions at 50¢ on the dollar, up to 6% of deferred base pay.
New employees can earn up to (17) days of Paid Time Off (PTO) in the first 12 months of employment. Subsequent increases to PTO are based on years of service -up to 30 days per calendar year. Eligible employees can purchase up to 10 PTO days each year.
Combined designates (10) holidays each calendar year. Employees also receive (3) additional personal holidays per calendar year.
