Marianne Lowenthal directs all acquisition and development activity for both mixed-use and retail projects. In her previous position as Executive Vice President for Bond Companies in Los Angeles, she specialized in mixed-use development. Prior to holding that position, she had equity investment and management positions as principal of her own business, Lowenthal & Company. There she completed the sale of 3.2 million square feet of office buildings in two high-rise mixed-use projects in Los Angeles, in addition to being project manager for the development of a 500,000 square foot mixed-use project in Burbank, CA.

Ms. Lowenthal also spent more than thirteen years at The Prudential Realty Group where she started in the development division and rose to become manager of the Western Region portfolio, totaling over 6 million square feet with a combined value in excess of $1.5 billion. She also oversaw a portfolio of commercial mortgage loans totaling over $2 billion.

Marianne Lowenthal received a B.A. in Political Science and holds an M.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate, from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Numa Jerome, Senior Vice President - East Coast Leasing, is responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with retailers and brokers and leasing the firmís portfolio of shopping centers on the East Coast. Numa has nearly 20 years of experience working in real estate development, primarily with retail and urban mixed use projects. His past experience includes all aspects of real estate leasing, strategic planning and financial analysis.

Numa comes to Combined Properties from Acadia Realty Trust and previously held positions at Federal Realty Investment Trust and Edens & Avant. He brings a fresh perspective to the management team, building upon his experience with a variety of other projects locally as well as nationally.

Numa Jerome has a BA in Economics from Boston University and a MBA from Georgetown University. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Nadia Gilmore is the Senior Vice President of West Coast Leasing and is responsible for the Companyís leasing activities in the Southern California market which includes implementing strategies for real estate business development. She has over 23 years of experience in the area of commercial retail leasing and marketing.

Prior to joining Combined Properties, Nadia was the Director of Leasing at Shea Properties (Westlake, CA), and held executive leasing positions at First Washington Realty (Newhall, CA), Coreland Companies (Sherman Oaks, CA), Developers Diversified Realty (Los Angeles, CA), and Burnham Pacific Properties (Los Angeles, CA). Her experience in retail leasing includes shopping centers of all sizes from community to power centers, lifestyle centers and mixed-use properties for a variety of portfolios. Her expertise was focused on the leasing and marketing of new projects to redeveloping and re-tenanting existing and repositioned centers, specializing in anchor and national tenant deals.

Nadia Gilmore received a degree in Business Administration from Moorpark College (Moorpark, CA) and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Women in Commercial Real Estate.

Gary Scott is the Senior Director of National Acquisitions. Gary Scott leads Combinedís efforts to acquire core and core-plus retail and multi-family properties in both of its primary markets, Southern California and the Washington, DC region, while simultaneously disposing of selected assets in its current portfolio. Additionally, he will be seeking to source new value-add properties on both coasts.

Gary brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to the company, most recently with Weingarten Realty Investors as Regional Director of Acquisitions for the Western United States. In this capacity he sourced and closed transactions representing approximately 1.5 million square feet at a total value in excess of $300 million, including a portfolio transaction in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to Weingarten, Mr. Scott held various roles with private and institutional real estate investors and developers.

Mr. Scott is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley where he received a B.S. from the School of Business Administration. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Andrew Marusak is Vice President of East Coast Construction. In this capacity he is responsible for managing and executing the design, construction and post entitlement activities for retail and mixed use projects.

Andrew brings over 15 years of commercial construction experience to Combined Properties, having a broad experience overseeing large retail portfolios and building mixed-use developments. Andrewís most recent position was with JBG Rosenfeld Retail Properties as the Director of Property Operations and Construction. Subsequently, he held roles at BPG Properties, The Bozzuto Construction Company, and Grunley Construction Company. In his career, he has successfully managed the planning, development and/or construction of over approximately 6 million SF of retail, office, and residential spaces. In addition, Andrew delivered the first Platinum LEED building in Northern Virginia.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College.

Jason Bohle is responsible for the day-to-day execution of work for a portion of the Company's mixed-use projects in West Hollywood and Los Angeles. He started his real estate career at J.P. Morgan & Company in New York where he worked on a variety of M&A transactions including a $1 billion merger of two office REITs, private equity raising for a number of Latin American real estate companies and the sale of an interest in a Brazilian shopping mall company.

In 2001, Bohle joined Prudential Real Estate Investors where he advised Latin American real estate companies on launching growth strategies. In this capacity, he worked with a large Mexican homebuilder to develop retail properties within its residential developments and helped a Brazilian homebuilder develop an affordable housing platform.

Mr. Bohle graduated with a B.A. from Northwestern University with honors in Economics and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Randy Kenna is the Senior Director of Development & Acquisitions. He is responsible for identifying and acquiring new value-add/redevelopment retail and mixed-use projects as well as redeveloping portions of Combinedís extensive portfolio of retail centers in the Washington, DC metro region.

Kenna brings over 10 years of commercial real estate investment experience to Combined, having worked on a myriad of projects and transactions for several companies including: J. Webb Inc (Annandale, VA), Archstone Communities (Arlington, VA) and Venable, LLP (Washington, DC). Some of his notable accomplishments include the initiation and structuring of joint ventures for 2 new mixed-use/multi-family redevelopments valued at $100M and leading the acquisition and development of a $100M/230-unit apartment community in Northern Virginia.

Kenna earned a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. He received his B.A from Duke University, majoring in Public Policy and was a Lord Rothermere Scholar at New College in Oxford, England.

Scott Kend is the Senior Director of Development & Acquisitions for the West Coast. He is responsible for identifying and acquiring new value-add retail and mixed-use projects as well as redeveloping portions of Combinedís extensive portfolio in the Southern California region.

Scott began his real estate career at Canyon Capital Realty Advisors, an institutional real estate investor located in Los Angeles, California. He later worked for Standard Management Company, a family investment office that owns and operates a portfolio of retail and multifamily assets. Most recently, Scott was a principal at DTM Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based investor in the distressed single family residential market.

Mr. Kend holds a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvaniaís Wharton School and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he was designated a Carter Fellow. He was a United States Fulbright Scholar in Mexico City, Mexico.
