A redevelopment of a shuttered HomeBase store located in the master planned Foothill Ranch Towne Centre. The project is on an 11-acre site adjacent to Wal-Mart. Phase I of the redevelopment was completed in January 2006 with Sport Chalet and Babies ‘R Us opening for business shortly thereafter. Phase II will be completed in late 2007 and will include the construction of a restaurant pad building and a build-to-suit 30,000 square foot sub-anchor tenant. This center provides significant visibility and easy access to Highway 241 – the Foothill Transportation Corridor.
