Ronald S. Haft is Founder and Chairman of Combined Properties, Incorporated (Combined) a commercial real estate development and management company. Under his leadership, Combined has grown to a company that now owns and manages over $1 billion in assets in over 40 shopping centers and mixed-use projects totaling over 5 million square feet. Combined specializes in the acquisition, development, redevelopment and value enhancement of shopping centers and mixed use properties which combine retail with a residential or hotel component. The company takes a long-term approach to real estate ownership and development and is actively growing in its core markets. Combined is a fully integrated development, asset management and leasing organization.

Prior to becoming the sole owner of Combined, Ronald Haft was President of Dart Group Corporation, a publicly traded company, with annual sales in excess of $1 billion in more than 700 stores. Dart Group had stakes in 4 retail chains: supermarkets, auto parts, books, and beverages.

Ronald Haft holds an MBA and BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Finance. He sits on advisory councils at the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate and the University of California, Berkeley at the Fischer School of Real Estate. He is chairman of the Dart Group Foundation, Dart Group II Foundation, and the Ronald S. Haft Foundation and serves as an Advisory Board Member to the Children's Charities Foundation and the Enterprise Foundation and is on the Cedars-Sinai Board of Governors. Ronald is a trustee of Alternative Living for Aging and was its 2006 honoree, leading its most successful fundraising event in its history. He is also a member of numerous organizations including, The Museum of Contemporary Art Los Angeles, International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, and Young Presidents Organization.

Katherine Roberson holds responsibility for directing all of Combined's strategic, operational and financial activities. She joined the company in 1990. Prior to becoming President and CEO, she held numerous other positions including: Financial Analyst, Director of Acquisitions, Senior Vice President - Capital Markets, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. She has been credited with numerous notable achievements including establishing a growth unit in mid-2002 in Los Angeles, CA resulting in the acquisition of 14 new development and institutional grade assets totaling in excess of $300 million in value, commencing a mixed-use development initiative on both coasts. Her recapitalization and restructuring the company resulted in the highest occupancy level, profitability and value in its history.

Katherine Roberson received a B.A. in Marketing and Management from James Madison University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Investments from The George Washington University.

Marianne Lowenthal directs all acquisition and development activity for both mixed-use and retail projects. In her previous position as Executive Vice President for Bond Companies in Los Angeles, she specialized in mixed-use development. Prior to holding that position, she had equity investment and management positions as principal of her own business, Lowenthal & Company. There she completed the sale of 3.2 million square feet of office buildings in two high-rise mixed-use projects in Los Angeles, in addition to being project manager for the development of a 500,000 square foot mixed-use project in Burbank, CA.

Ms. Lowenthal also spent more than thirteen years at The Prudential Realty Group where she started in the development division and rose to become manager of the Western Region portfolio, totaling over 6 million square feet with a combined value in excess of $1.5 billion. She also oversaw a portfolio of commercial mortgage loans totaling over $2 billion.

Marianne Lowenthal received a B.A. in Political Science and holds an M.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate, from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Alex Iszard, Chief Legal Officer for Combined Properties, is responsible for rendering advice and counsel to the CEO, Advisory Board and senior management on all corporate and capital market transactions, property acquisitions and matters affecting the legal rights and obligations of the corporation and affiliated entities.

He has been with the company since 1992. Prior to his tenure here, Iszard served as Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Kenetech, a privately held non-utility generator and has also held corporate and government positions where he concentrated his practice in real estate development and acquisitions, corporate finance, zoning, and administrative law.

Alex Iszard holds a B.A. in Political Science from American University and a Juris Doctorate from American University Washington College of Law. He is a LEED® Green Associate™ accredited professional.

Steven Gothelf joined Combined Properties in May 2002. He currently leads the Accounting, Finance, Property Management, Marketing, and Capital Markets departments and is responsible for the development of financial strategies, capital raising and the structuring and implementation of corporate controls.

In his previous position as CFO of WP Commercial, Gothelf was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting for the company and related ventures, including financial reporting to management, capital partners, lenders and other third parties. Prior to joining WP Commercial, Gothelf was the Executive Vice President of Finance at Prime Retail. While at Prime, he served as a key member of the senior management team that transformed a small retail development division consisting of six centers and 1.2 million square feet in 1993, into a publicly held company with 44 centers and over 12.4 million square feet at the end of 2001. He also directed the strategic planning and financial management for a national portfolio of retail centers generating more than $3 billion in sales and $300 million in revenue.

Steven Gothelf, a CPA, graduated from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana with a B.S. in Accounting.
