Washington, DC (July 28, 2016) — Leasing activity during the 2nd quarter at Combined Properties maintained a steady pace as portfolio occupancy increased, approaching 97%.  During the quarter 43,191 SF of space was leased, representing 12 businesses, and 11 stores occupying 62,047 SF opened for business.
