4th Quarter Aquisition & Leasing Activities at Combined Properties

The final months of 2011 brought much success to Combined Properties! With a unanimous vote by the Culver City Council in December, Combined Properties – along with its partners Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. and Ehrlich Architects – was awarded the 9300 Culver Boulevard development project in Culver City, CA. The proposed 3-story, 115,000 SF project is located in the heart of downtown Culver City adjacent to multiple historic and iconic structures including the Culver Hotel and Culver Studios. The Project includes ground-level retail, a four-story office building, and a grand stair that leads pedestrians up to a restaurant pavilion and landscaped Elevated Plaza perched above the existing Town Square.

Leasing activity at Combined was strong leasing during the 4th quarter. Leases representing nearly 90,000 square feet were executed during the October-December period, resulting in (17) new tenants coming to shopping centers managed by Combined Properties. New leases include:

•   2,000 SF Firehouse Subs at Turnpike Shopping Center (Fairfax, VA)
•   1,837 SF Weight Watchers at Studio City Place (Studio City, CA)
•   1,800 SF America’s Best Wings at Enterprise Plaza (Lanham, MD)
