Andrew Marusak Joins Combined Properties

Combined Properties, Incorporated is pleased to announce that Andrew V. Marusak, IV was hired as Vice President of Construction for the East Coast.

“Drew is a welcome addition to our management team and will be responsible for a myriad of projects in the Washington, DC metropolitan market,” said Kathy Roberson, CEO/President. “He is an accomplished construction professional with broad experience overseeing large retail portfolios and building mixed-use developments. With $1 billion in our development pipeline, much of it in the DC market, his talents will serve the company well.”

Andrew Marusak’s most recent position was with JBG Rosenfeld Retail Properties as the Director of Property Operations and Construction. Subsequently, he held roles at Bozzuto Construction Company, BPG Properties and Grunley Construction Company.

Mr. Marusak graduated with a B.A. from West Virginia Wesleyan College

Currently, Combined Properties is dedicating a considerable amount of resources to attract top talent to support the firm as a component of its growth and aggressive development strategy. The company recently acquired The Terraces, a 173,000 SF community shopping center located in the heart of the affluent community of Rancho Palos Verdes, a suburb of Los Angeles. The acquisition is the first property to be purchased in its joint venture with Saban Capital Group.
