Combined Properties Announces Acquisition in Southern California

Combined Properties, Incorporated is pleased to announce the acquisition of land in Wildomar, California.  The 3.26 acre parcel, located in Riverside County, is to be developed and will be known as the Shops at Bear Creek.  A 17,000 SF stand-alone Rite Aid, with a drive-through, will anchor the center.   An additional 9,500 SF of inline shops will occupy another building on the property.
