Combined Properties, Incorporated is pleased to announce the following  appointments to their management team:Nadia Gilmore, Vice President -West Coast Leasing, and Lucy E. Fraser, Vice President – East Coast Property Management.

Ms. Gilmore has almost 20 years of experience in the area of commercial retail leasing and marketing.  Her experience in retail leasing includes shopping centers of all sizes from community to power centers, malls, lifestyle centers and mixed-use properties for a variety of portfolios.  Her expertise was focused on the leasing and marketing of new projects to retenanting existing and repositioned centers.

Lucy Fraser has almost 20 years of experience in real estate focused on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and asset/property management. Fraser recently directed transactions and real estate asset optimization for the local chapters and the National Headquarters of the American Red Cross located in Washington, D.C.

Both L. Fraser and N. Gilmore are active in the retail real estate industry, and both are active members of Women in Commercial Real Estate (CREW) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
