In 2011, Combined Properties, along with Hudson Pacific Properties, successfully won an RFP in a competitive process organized by the City of Culver City.  Combined’s project, known as “Parcel B”, turned an existing City parking lot into a vibrant mixed-use project consisting of approximately 115,000 SF of high quality lifestyle retail and creative office space.  Central to the project was an elaborate “Grand Staircase” and “Town Plaza” that created a sense of place and opened the project up to the surrounding community.  Combined worked on Parcel B from 2011 to 2016, at which time it sold its development rightsat a substantial profit to an affiliate of Hackman Capital Partners.  Construction is expected to begin in 2017.
