End of Year Activity at Combined Properties
Combined Properties, Incorporated saw vibrant activity in the final months of 2010 in both leasing and development.

A significant event occurred for Combined’s new mixed-use venture – Sunset Time – when the City Council of West Hollywood approved entitlements for the project. This $300 million development, located on Sunset Boulevard, will feature a boutique hotel, condominiums, retail space and the largest digital media display ever approved on the Sunset Strip. Completion of the project is expected to occur in 2015.
