Just Signed at South Alex, Now Open at Pickett Shopping Center!
Combined Properties is thrilled to announce the signing of a new lease with Inova at South Alex in Alexandria, as well as the opening of a brand new Inova location at Pickett Shopping Center in Fairfax, VA.
Our latest mixed-use project, South Alex, will feature a brand-new Inova – GoHealth Urgent Care location in 3,797 square feet next to Aldi. At Pickett Shopping Center, a new Inova – GoHealth Urgent Care has opened for business. This location occupies 5,200 square feet next to Chuck E. Cheese.
