Marjorie Gannett Joins Combined Properties

Washington, DC (June 7, 2019) — Combined Properties, Incorporated is pleased to announce that Marjorie Gannett has joined the company as Deputy General Counsel.

As a partner at Holland & Knight, LLP (Washington, DC) and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, LLP (Washington, DC), Ms. Gannett developed an extensive and sophisticated real estate practice representing owners and developers of commercial properties across the country. Ms. Gannett started her career as an associate at Dewey Ballantine, LLP in Los Angeles, CA. and at Piper Rudnick, LLP in Washington, DC. In her role as Deputy General Counsel, Ms. Gannett will provide advice and counsel to the company’s leasing, capital markets, construction and property management departments and will be lead transactional counsel in the company’s ongoing acquisition, disposition and development initiatives.

Ms. Gannett holds a Juris Doctorate from UCLA School of Law and a B.A. from Wesleyan University (cum laude). She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a member of Marketing Legal Counsel Group at SIGMA (industry group for fuel marketers) and on the Advisory Board of The Neediest Kids National Center for Children and Families.
