Marjorie Gannett

Executive Vice President, General Counsel

Marjorie Gannett is the General Counsel of Combined Properties.  Marjorie joined the Company as Deputy General Counsel in June of 2019 and assumed the role of General Counsel in January of 2020.  Marjorie has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, most recently as a Partner in the DC office of Holland & Knight.  Prior to Holland & Knight, Marjorie was a partner in Pillsbury, Winthrop, Shaw Pittman’s DC office.  Marjorie’s practice encompassed all asset classes (including retail, office and mixed use properties) with a focus on environmentally impacted properties.  Her considerable experience advising family-owned real estate companies on all phases of real estate ownership, including entity formation, acquisition, financing, development, leasing and sales, has made her a valued addition to the Company.

Marjorie earned her undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University in 1990, and her Juris Doctorate from UCLA School of Law  in 1997.
