Brian Miller

Sr VP of West Coast Asset Management

Brian Miller oversees all facets of Property Management in Southern California. He has more than 15 years experience with Combined Properties that has included the positions of lease administrator and property manager, providing him with the skill set for his current position.

Mr. Miller is responsible for the operational aspects of managing, leading and developing staff to ensure that the West Coast portfolio meets company and industry standards.  He also directs partner relationships, strategic objectives, financial analysis, and other organizational initiatives.  Prior to joining Combined, he worked in the retail industry as a systems analyst and store manager.

Brian Miller graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration and Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and earned an M.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from George Washington University. He has earned the prestigious  designation of Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) from the International Council of Shopping Centers of which he is an active member.
