Andrew McIntyre

Position: SEVP of Development, Transactions & Residential Asset Management

Andrew McIntyre is charged with overseeing and leading the asset management function of CPI’s growing residential and mixed-use portfolio while continuing his responsibilities of furthering the company’s development and S.A.M. strategies. Through Mr. McIntyre’s leadership and years of experience, CPI has successfully realized its long-term vision of redeveloping existing shopping centers into vibrant mixed-use residential projects.

Prior to joining Combined Properties, Mr. McIntyre was the Senior Vice President of Development and Construction for Penzance.  Before Penzance he was Vice President of Development at The JBG Companies, Project Manager for PN Hoffman and a Project Engineer for Clark Construction.

Mr. McIntyre received his BS in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his MBA from Johns Hopkins University.  He has served on the boards of the DC chapter of Habitat for Humanity and Canal Park in SE Washington, DC.  He is an active member of ULI , the Northern Virginia chapter of NAIOP and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Marianne Lowenthal

Position: EVP of West Coast Acquisitions & Development

Marianne Lowenthal directs all acquisition and development activity for both mixed-use and retail projects on the West Coast for Combined Properties. She joined the company in 2005 and has been responsible for developing and/or redeveloping: Lincoln & Rose, Commons at La Verne, Turnpike Shopping Center, Foothill Ranch Towne Centre, 990 Palm, Santa Monica and La Brea, Shops at Bear Creek, and the Terraces. Acquisitions during her tenure include: Brentwood Place, Studio City Place, Courthouse Shopping Center, land for Sunset Time, Kings Road, Parcel B in Culver City, and the Terraces. Current development projects are: Sunset Time and The Crown.

Ms. Lowenthal has been in the development business for 28 years and has worked through complicated entitlements and design issues. In her previous position as Executive Vice President for Bond Companies in Los Angeles, she specialized in mixed-use development and was responsible for the first major mixed-use development in Hollywood CA which contained 300 residential units and 100,000 SF of retail. Prior to holding that position, she had equity investment and management positions as principal of her own business, Lowenthal & Company. There she completed the sale of 3.2 million square feet of office buildings in two high-rise mixed-use projects in Los Angeles, in addition to being project manager for the development of a 500,000 square foot mixed-use project in Burbank, CA.

Ms. Lowenthal began her career at The Prudential Realty Group where she started in the development division and rose to become manager of the Western Region portfolio, totaling over 6 million square feet with a combined value in excess of $1.5 billion.

Marianne Lowenthal received a B.A. in Political Science and an M.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate, from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Jason Bohle

Position: SVP of Development & Strategic Initiatives

Over Jason Bohle’s 15+ years with CPI, he has been instrumental in helping to conceptualize and move forward a multitude of development projects including The Crown, Sunset Time, Scout on the Circle, South Alex, and Culver Steps, to name a few.  During the past several years Jason has focused his energy and skills primarily on the Sunset Time project, the biggest project in the company’s history, including helping to launch our sister company, The Britely, a new social club opening within the project. Mr. Bohle’s smart, creative and persistent project management skills will help bring the Sunset Time project through to opening and stabilization, The Britely to launch successfully, and will assist with other strategic initiatives in support of CPI’s and The Britely’s respective strategies and goals.

Mr. Bohle joined Combined in 2005 and is responsible for the day-to-day execution of work for a portion of the Company’s mixed-use projects in West Hollywood and Los Angeles.  He started his real estate career at J.P. Morgan & Company in New York where he worked on a variety of M&A transactions including a $1 billion merger of two office REITs, private equity raising for a number of Latin American real estate companies and the sale of an interest in a Brazilian shopping mall company.

In 2001, Mr. Bohle joined Prudential Real Estate Investors where he advised Latin American real estate companies on launching growth strategies.  In this capacity, he worked with a large Mexican homebuilder to develop retail properties within its residential developments and helped a Brazilian homebuilder develop an affordable housing platform.

Mr. Bohle graduated with a B.A. from Northwestern University with honors in Economics and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Brian Bourdages

Position: VP of West Coast Construction

Brian Bourdages joined Combined Properties in 2014 and directs all construction activity on the West Coast.  He comes to Combined as the company’s $1 billion development pipeline comes active with construction ready to commence on several California projects and more that are in the entitlement phase.  Mr. Bourdages has 30 years of experience creating Class A real estate assets, exceeding ROI targets, and developing award-winning projects.

Prior to working for Combined Properties, Mr. Bourdages was Vice President of Construction/Operations for CityView, a real estate equity fund manager of $2.75B in equity.  He has also held executive positions at Watt Companies, Helios Partners and Koll Companies.

Mr. Bourdages studied Construction Management at Okanagan College, Business Administration at Miramar College and Real Estate Studies at Marylhurst University.  He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Urban Land Institute.

Aisha Hill

Position: VP of Development

Aisha Hill is responsible for the management of the East Coast Development Team and all aspects of the mixed-use development process.  She joined Combined Properties in 2014 and is responsible for the development of the company’s first mixed-use projects, Scout on the Circle and South Alex, as well as other projects in the East Coast Development pipeline.

Mrs. Hill has over 15 years of experience in real estate development and operations, of which more than ten years has been dedicated to mixed-use, including apartments, condominiums, townhomes and retail.

Formerly as the Mixed-Use Development Associate at Archstone, Aisha held a prominent role in the management of the apartment, condominium and retail components of CityCenterDC, a $900 million, 10-acre mixed-use development in the heart of Downtown Washington, D.C. 

Prior to CityCenterDC, she also served at Archstone, as an Analyst to the Chief Development Officer. Other roles held at Archstone include Contracts Manager, Operations Specialist and Project Manager.

Mrs. Hill graduated with a B.S. in Biology from Long Island University with honors and an M.P.R.E. in Real Estate Development form Georgetown University. Aisha Hill also obtained a Master’s Certification in Public Health from George Washington University and an M.B.A. from The University of Phoenix.

She serves on the Board of Directors for the City of Fairfax Spotlight on the Arts.
